What we do,and how.
Bring us in at any stage: before there is a product, while you are building one, or years after launch when it needs a steady hand. Each discipline stands on its own. Together, they cover the life of a product.
Zero to one
From an idea on a call to a product in the market.
For founders and operators with conviction but no product yet. We pressure-test the idea, define the smallest version worth building, design and engineer it, then stay to help you learn from real users.

- MVP design and engineering
- Launch, analytics and iteration
You receive

Product engineering
Backend, frontend and everything that connects them.
Senior engineers who write software meant to be read, run and changed for years. APIs, data platforms, payment systems, web and mobile applications, built with tests, observability and documentation as part of the work, not an afterthought.

Care & modernisation
We adopt existing systems and make them dependable.

How a projectactually runs.
- 01
Understand
Stakeholder interviews, user research and a hard look at the numbers. We leave with a written brief everyone has signed.
Week 1 – 2 - 02
Shape
Architecture, flows and prototypes. Big decisions get made early, on paper, where they are cheap to change.
Week 2 – 4 - 03
Build
Design and engineering ship together in short cycles. You see working software every fortnight, not slides.
Two-week cycles - 04
Sustain
Launch is the midpoint. We measure, maintain and improve, or hand over cleanly to your own team with full documentation.
Ongoing
Asked often,answered plainly.
What size of company do you work with?
Funded startups, growing SMEs and established enterprises. What matters more than size is that there is a real problem, a clear owner on your side and the intent to build something that lasts.
How much does a project cost?
Most engagements start from $15,000 for focused brand or design work and from $40,000 for product builds. Retainers start at a monthly fee. After a first call we send a written proposal with a fixed price or a monthly rate, never a vague range.
Can you take over a product another team built?
Yes, and it is some of our favourite work. We start with a paid two-week audit, give you an honest report on what you have, and propose a plan to stabilise it before anything else.
Do you work with clients outside Nigeria?
Roughly half our clients are in Europe, North America and the Gulf. We work in overlapping hours and travel for kickoffs when it helps.
Who owns the code and the designs?
You do. Full intellectual property transfers to you on payment, and everything lives in your repositories and accounts from day one.
